Provision of Insurance Management Services

Description

Independent insurance related consultancy and advisory services are required for ECB’s life and non-life insurance portfolio. The required services procured include (but are not limited to) the following elements: risk monitoring and identification, insurance strategy support, annual insurance setup and adequacy review, procurement and contract placement support, contract management support, performance of audits, provision of dedicated trainings, reporting services, tailored (actuarial) advice on specific questions related to current and emerging risks or insurance arrangements, remote and onsite helpline services and hands-on support for the pension arrangements. Insurance lines to be covered: property, fine arts, automobile, general liability, business travel, health, accident, disability, long-term care insurances, ECB pension arrangements. Lot 1: The ECB looked for independent insurance related consultancy and advisory services for its life and non-life insurance portfolio. The total value of the procurement referred to in Section II.1.7) of this contract award notice refers exclusively to the value of the contract being awarded referred to in this contract award notice.
