Tylorstown Welfare Hall in the Rhondda is inviting proposals from experienced evaluators – individuals, teams, or organisations – to lead a flexible, people-centred evaluation of a major National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) project to restore this much-loved community building and open it up for wider community use.The appointed evaluator will assess the impact across a range of project activities and audiences.
