Welland Procurement would like to hear from suppliers who currently deliver on contracts for household and commercial waste, recycling and green waste bins, with local authorities, and suppliers who will be looking to produce the new food waste caddies and bins for households in line with the government (DEFRA) announcement. Welland Procurement is open to how this new provision could be delivered as well as the current provisions which will need to also be available. Welland Procurement are aiming to use this soft market testing exercise to inform a potential future creation of a framework, designed to meet local authority requirements within the East MIdlands.
