Description

Control material shall be procured for medical biochemistry, clinical chemistry, immunochemistry and chromatography, Østfold Hospital Trust. See the Contest Provisions, annex 01 "Requirements Specifications" and annexes 02 and 03 "Price Sheet". Lot 1: 1 Clinical chemistry Lot for clinical chemistry. Tenderers can choose whether they will submit a tender offer for part 1 (clinical chemistry) and/or part 2 (immunochemistry and chromatography). Attention is drawn to the fact that if some offered products do not fulfil the requirements set for quality, the control material for these analytes will be withdrawn from the contract by the contracting authority. This also applies for verification/testing of the selected tenderer´s products as well as during the contract period if the quality does not fulfil the set requirements. Quality control takes place continuously during consumption of the goods and when entering new LOTs, in accordance with Annex 04 dok09916. The framework agreement period is 1 year. After that the contracting authority can extend the contract for up to 1 year at a time. The maximum combined contract period will be 6 years. The contract will automatically be extended on the same terms unless the contracting authority takes other initiatives. The contracting authority has chosen a longer duration than 4 years for the framework agreement, cf. PPR § 26-1 (4), as there are special conditions related to it being extremely demanding in terms of time and resources for the contracting authority to change tenderers every fourth year. Lot 2: 2 Immunochemistry and chromatography Lot for clinical chemistry. Tenderers can choose whether they will submit a tender offer for part 1 (clinical chemistry) and/or part 2 (immunochemistry and chromatography).
