Tender for the provision of a Cloud Based Finance System

Description

The Contracting Authority is seeking a comprehensive cloud-based accounting software solution to streamline financial management processes and improve reporting capabilities. This upgrade from our current server-based finance system aims to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of financial data, supporting better decision-making and transparency in financial operations. The Contracting Authority manages the accounting function for 3 smaller entities: The Irish Fiscal Advisory Council, the Irish Economic Association and Economic and Social Studies. In our current system, The Irish Fiscal Advisory Council is set up as a separate company. The other two entities are currently set up as creditors in the nominal ledger with all related transactions being allocated to that code. The Contracting Authority requires these entities to be set up as separate companies in the new system.
