Development and Support of a new Financial Management System

Description

Inland Fisheries Ireland are inviting tenders for the implementation of a cloud-based Financial Management System. The services to be provided under this contract are as follows: • A cloud-based Financial Management System that meets the requirements described in Appendix 1 of the Competitive Procedure Document (CPD). • Complete system delivery including system implementation, system testing, project management, and data migration. • A training programme as well as training materials and documentation. • On-going support and maintenance service. The Competition will be conducted in accordance with the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation under the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (Statutory Instrument 284 of 2016)
