WWSP seeking partner for Stakeholder Engagement and Co-production of first Regional Strategy

West Wales Sports Partnership is commissioning an experienced consultant or organisation to lead the development of the WWSP Strategy and implementation plan.The West Wales Sports Partnership Ltd (WWSP) is a collaborative organisation dedicated to transforming the physical activity landscape across Carmarthenshire, Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, and Pembrokeshire. By working across sectors, WWSP aims to create a more active and healthier region through insight-driven action, system-wide collaboration, and strategic investment.Objectives- To facilitate stakeholder engagement in co-producing a strategy that reflects regional needs and priorities from April 2025- To take a systems thinking approaches into strategic planning.- To develop a draft strategy document covering vision, mission, values; with key themes, and strategic priorities (2026–2033)- To develop an implementation plan with clear next steps, investment considerations, and measurable outcomes.Budget: Up to £35,000 (including VAT, travel & Expenses)
