Bromley Sexual Health Services - Supplier Engagement Event

The London Borough is seeking provider feedback ahead of a planned procurement for future Sexual Health Services. A Market Engagement Event will be held to provide information on the proposed service model and procurement approach. The future service will be delivered through two separate contracts, representing a change from the current integrated model: • Lot 1: Clinical Sexual Health Service – specialist consultant-led STI, HIV and contraception services, assessment, diagnosis and treatment. • Lot 2: Outreach, Prevention and Community Engagement Service – prevention, outreach, health promotion, early intervention and targeted support to reduce inequalities and improve access. The redesigned model aims to strengthen prevention and community-based support while ensuring specialist clinical services focus on residents requiring higher-threshold care. The procurement timetable is currently indicative, with publication of the tender anticipated in March 2027. Providers interested in shaping the future service are encouraged to attend the market engagement event. The event will provide an opportunity to: • Receive an update on the Council’s commissioning intentions for the Bromley Sexual Health Service. • Learn more about the proposed service delivery model and expectations for future delivery of the Service. • Explore supplier interest in the proposed procurement • Understand the anticipated procurement process, timelines and next steps. A market engagement event has been scheduled on Tuesday 13th October 2026 between 13.00 and 14.30. The event will be delivered online via Microsoft Teams. Organisations wishing to attend should register their interest via the London Tenders Portal (Pro-Contract) no later than 12:00 noon on Thursday 8th October 2026 by completing and returning the Registration Form via the message function on ProContract. Microsoft Teams joining instructions will be issued to registered attendees in advance of the session.
