All automatic doors, roller shutters, moveable partition walls, barriers/turnstiles and fire shutters within The Company’s portfolio are required to be serviced, maintained and free from faults to ensure a safe environment and safe access for staff and visitors Lot 1: The successful Supplier will be responsible for annual or 6 monthly servicing (automatic doors, fire shutters, moveable partition walls and barriers/turnstiles), maintenance and reaction to fault repairs in a timeous manner with little or no amount of disruption to our services and in line with the statement of requirements and key performance indicators.
