Description
The project incorporates the design and undertaking of the lift repairs at Cardigan & Haverfordwest Police Stations on behalf of Dyfed Powys Police.The works consist of the repair and modernisation of two existing lift installations located at Cardigan and Haverfordwest Police Stations. The specific works relevant to each site is listed in thespecification documents.The scheme requires the appointed Contractor to deliver the works under a JCT Design and Build contract.The Contractor shall be responsible for the design, correct operation, coordination of services and installation, testing and commissioning of the works.The site works are to be carried out whilst the police stations remain occupied and in operation.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
