The four NHS Collaborative Procurement Hubs—North of England NHS Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC), NHS London Procurement Partnership (NHS LPP), NHS Commercial Solutions, and East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub—are offering suppliers the opportunity to provide NHS Trusts, Mental Health Trusts, Community Trusts, and Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) with fully compliant solutions to support the delivery of pharmaceutical services. For the purposes of this framework, NOE CPC will act as the owning authority.
