Description

Provision of specialist business rates advisory, management and appeal services, including check, challenge and appeal (CCA), budgeting, forecasting and rates mitigation support across participating NHS Trust estates under CCS Framework RM6343 Lot 6. Lot 1: Call-off under Crown Commercial Service Framework RM6343 (Estate Management Services 2), Lot 6 – Business Rating Services, for the provision of:<br/><br/>Business rates strategy and advisory services<br/><br/>Check, Challenge and Appeal (CCA) submissions<br/><br/>Budgeting and forecasting support<br/><br/>Estate change and mitigation advice<br/><br/>Rates management and liaison with the Valuation Office Agency<br/><br/>The contract includes a fixed annual fee and gainshare arrangement linked to realised savings.
