The Project is looking to appoint a qualified and experienced consultant to provide full project lifecycle evaluation, including assessment of contribution to the Integrated Natural Resources Scheme (INRS) purposes and outcomes: Establish and review baseline project data, Assessment of project outcomes against original objectives, Integrated Natural Resources Scheme outcomes and baseline conditions, Evaluation of project delivery, learning and value for money.
