CIE Board Advisory Services Qualification System

Description

This is a call to competition by IE for the procurement of Board and Senior Management Advisory Services to CIE. Background to Requirement; To assist the Board of CIE and its Senior Management Team in discharging its responsibilities, expertise and advice which may be required on an ad-hoc basis for, but not limited to the following areas: • Ad-hoc Board advisory services • Finance • Corporate Governance • Public Affairs • Ongoing advice to the CIE chairperson Companies should note that any requirements that may arise under this qualification system may be of an urgent nature. It is proposed to establish a ‘Qualification System’ of experts in the above areas from which particular assignments may be sought.
