Description

The works comprise opening up areas of brickwork to lintels, rebuilding, repointing and brickwork repairs works generally. Resealing of windows and doors, painterwork to common stair screen and door. Allowance for provision of Helifix crack stitching / bed joint reinforcement to localised areas of cracking. Minor concrete repairs to common stair floor slab. Extract of existing insulation and making good. Full scaffolding to be provided - Refer to site constraints drawing.The Contractor will require to undertake co-ordination and liaison with specialist suppliers and also provide Contractors Design services including preparation of drawings and specifications where required.
