Multi supplier Framework for design team comprising Conservation accredited Structural Engineer and an Archaeologist to specify design and oversee repairs to the boundary walls of historic graveyard

The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a multi-party framework agreement. The Framework Agreement will be established with three economic operators. Thereafter contracts will be awarded in accordance with the rules contained herein. To procure a Design Team comprising a Conservation Accredited Structural Engineer and a license eligible Archaeologist. The Design Team will be engaged on a project basis to inspect and prepare repair specifications for graveyard boundary walls, in consultation with Westmeath County Council Heritage Officer, to prepare tender documents for contractors and oversee conservation repairs under Ministerial Consent/ Section 12 Notification to the National Monuments Service as relevant. The Engineer will be required to act as Employer’s Representative on the project and PSDP at works stage.
