You are invited to tender for the refurbishment of Clare House, Frenze Road, Diss for South Norfolk District Council ("The Council"). Clare House is a former sheltered housing accommodation originally constructed in the 1960's. Clare House has currently been uninhabited for approx. 18 months due to the building not complying to current regulations. The project is to refurbish the building to bring the building back into use and to bring it up to the current regulations. The Council have the intention following successful completion of the works required, to use the property as Temporary Housing for residents within the district.
