Cloisters toilets refurbishment

East Cambridgeshire District Council (ECDC) invites quotations to carry out refurbishment works at the Cloisters public toilets, The Cloisters, Ely, CB7 4ZH. Main Works (Male Toilets) • Remove toilet roll holders • Remove laminated cubicles • Remove IPS panels • Remove vanity unit • Remove toilets, hand basins and taps • Clean down ceilings, fill and paint • Paint 2 No doors, liners and architraves • Install new IPSs and vanity unit (CGL) compact grade laminate • Install 2 No cubicle doors and side panels (CGL) • Supply and fit 2 No new toilets and seats • Install wiring for heaters • Install 2 No basins and wastes • Install 2 No hot water taps and water heaters • Install toilet roll holders • Mastic seal to worktop / tiles • Dispose of all debris Main Works (Female Toilets) • Remove toilet roll holders • Remove laminated cubicles • Remove IPS panels • Remove vanity unit • Remove toilets, hand basins and taps • Clean down ceilings, fill and paint • Paint 2 No doors, liners and architraves • Install new IPS's and vanity unit (CGL) compact grade laminate • Install 4 No cubicle doors and side panels (CGL) • Supply and fit 4 No new toilets and seats • Install conduit and wiring for heaters • Install 4 No basins and wastes • Install 4 No hot water taps and water heaters • Install toilet roll holders • Mastic seal to worktop / tiles • Dispose of all debris Service Area / Cupboard • Remove redundant waste cylinder • Remove redundant pipework and wiring • Supply and install 1 No wall hung water heater • Connect existing pipework to the new water heater to 2 No sinks • Clean down the ceiling, fill and paint • Paint 2 No doors, liners and architraves • Patch over missing tiles Disabled Toilet • Remove existing tap • Remove hot feed pipe feeds • Supply and install a water heater to the service cupboard, including all wiring • Install 1 No hot water sensor tap to the existing basin
