This tender seeks to appoint a vendor to deliver a report and a national dashboard to help Ireland publish, analyse, and track progress towards 100% Open Access. This is one of potentially multiple sub-projects that the National Open Access Monitor Project is piloting to evaluate the value of current OA monitoring solutions and their applicability to the Irish national landscape.
