Description

The works required under this Project, will include but are not limited to: • Cyclical decorations to all previously painted surfaces and associated repairs within internal communal areas and to external metalwork and timber. • Wash down of pre-finished and uPVC surfaces. • External brickwork repairs. • External structural repairs / works to external walkway. • Removal and replacement of soffits, fascias and RWGs to external walkway amd the main roof with new UPVC. • Repair and recovering of the walkway surface. • Replacement of the balustrade to the external walkway.
