This could be in several types of accommodation: • In someone’s own home, whether owner occupied or rented • Living with family and friends • Living in accommodation that is part of the offer from the supported living provider, whether a shared house or individual flat or house This tender contains 2 Lots. Lot 1: Mental Health support Lot 2: Mental Health support with personal care Lot 1: Mental Health Supported Living Services: Independent Living Skills Support for people with a severe and enduring mental health issue to live as independently as possible. Lot 2: Mental Health Supported Living Services: Independent Living skills with Personal Care Personal care and support for people with a severe and enduring mental health issue to live as independently as possible.
