The framework agreement concerns the execution of all types of electrical work at all of the contracting authority's buildings, sites, and infrastructure for technical operations and maintenance, along with associated materials, and 24 hour continuous on-call duty. The framework agreement can also be used for major upgrades/new buildings. The framework agreement can also include the procurement of electrical material. Lot 1: The framework agreement concerns the execution of all types of electrical work at all of the contracting authority's buildings, sites, and infrastructure for technical operations and maintenance, along with associated materials, and 24 hour continuous on-call duty. The framework agreement can also be used for major upgrades/new buildings. The framework agreement can also include the procurement of electrical material. A framework agreement will be signed for 2 years with an option for an extension one or several times for up to a further 2 years. The maximum framework agreement period is 4 years. The framework agreement's start-up date will be 01.04.21. The annual scope of the delivery is expected to be approx. NOK 1,250,000 excluding VAT. The maximum total value for the entire framework agreement over a four year period is NOK 9 million. The actual value is dependent on the concrete needs. The contract will not bind the contracting authority to procure a specific volume. The framework agreement contains requirements concerning wages and working conditions, documentation and sanctions in accordance with wages and working conditions regulations of 8 February 2008 no. 112. The framework agreement contains requirements that the tenderer adheres to the ILO core conventions. The framework agreement contains requirements for the use of apprentices in accordance with regulations on the obligation to set requirements for the use of apprentices in public contracts dated 17 December.
