2023/1053 Service, maintenance and other services and equipment for Statsbygg's access control and security system, alarm system and video surveillance system

Description

Statsbygg is requesting offers for the delivery of service, maintenance and other services and equipment related to our systems: AAK - Lenel OnGuard access control and security system. AIA - ATS alarm system ITV - Milestone XProtect Video surveillance system Lot 1: The contracting authority currently has 2 separate Lenel OnGuard access control and security systems at Statsbygg HK. The systems consist of 2 physical servers, with the system running on virtual servers and each covering a different physical area. Servers are operated by Statsbygg's ICT department. In addition to automatic access control (AAK), parts of the location have automatic intrusion alarm (AIA) and TV/Video surveillance (ITV) that monitors entrance and escape doors on the 4th - 8th floor. The contract will cover necessary expansions and changes to the Contracting Authority's existing AAK, AIA and ITV, as well as the delivery of service, maintenance and other services, and additionally components and materials necessary for the facilities to function optimally at all times.
