BUALADUBH AND JOHNSTONE COURT PHASE 2 HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS

Description

1.1 Tenderers are invited to Tender for the provision of Design and Build (D&B) services for the delivery of 2 housing developments. The appointed contractor will take forward both the planning and building warrant application together with associated roads and parking within the site, street lighting, drainage, SUDS drainage, utilities, site services, footpaths, site works, play facilities (if required by planning) and landscaping. The contractor’s proposal must also include for all other development costs, including statutory and professional fees. Lot 1: Bualadubh Housing Development Single stage procurement for appointing a Principal Contractor.
