R01231 - Management and procurement of electricty

Description

The assignment includes management of the contracting authority's power portfolio in the contract period. The contracting authority is not a Clearing customer in the Nord Pool system. The tenderer must therefore operate under their own name in the Nord Pool system, and thereby act as the power supplier for the contracting authority. Tenderers must therefore have a turnover concession. Lot 1: The assignment means that the tenderer will have the overall supervision of the portfolio, including conducting all electricity trade in connection with the portfolio. The tenderer must conduct all physical and financial trade on behalf of the contracting authority in the contract period. In addition the assignment includes handling grid hire invoices from the grid provider, which must be reinvoiced on the same terms as electricity. In addition to the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency, the following departments are users of the contract: The Intelligence Service (ETJ) The Norwegian Armed Forces. The Norwegian Defence and Research Establishment (FFI). The Norwegian National Security Authority (NSM). Estimated total consumption under the contract: 623.8 GWh a year.
