Provision of Electrical Consultant Services - Lighting to all Paisley Campus Buildings at West College Scotland Lot 1: This requirement includes provision of the following scope of services; - Full audit of existing lighting systems (internal and external). - Options appraisal, budget costing and timescales for lighting installation to be provided. - Detailed cost planning and supplier negotiations. - Preparation/finalised specification documents for tender/ - Project Management and Contract Administration roles for completion of the requirement and to deal with any unexpected issues/delays. - To include all contract payment certification and supervision of contractor for the duration of the project. - Principal Designer role (CDM 2015 & Building Safety Act). - Test and commission upgraded systems. - Train Facilities Staff on new controls.
