Description
The contracting authority owns a substantial amount of buildings in the Parliament quarter as well commuter residences for representatives. The lifts are of varying ages and types/brands. The contracting authority intends to enter into a service and maintenance contract that ensures fulfilment of statutory inspection and maintenance requirements in order to maintain certification from the Lift Inspectorate. The procurement covers the lifts in the Parliament´s office building as well as those in official residences owned by the contracting authority. The contract shall cover periodic inspections with checks and preventive maintenance of varying degrees. In general, there are usually up to six inspections per year. Some major planned maintenance assignments are also covered by the agreement. Furthermore, the contract includes corrective and non-planned maintenance on a summoned basis when needed. Contract with a duration of 1+1+1+1 years. Estimated spending over the next four years is approx. NOK 6.5-7 million excluding VAT. The maximum call-offs is NOK 9 million excluding VAT. Lot 1: Further details on which lifts are included in the procurement are in 'vedlegg 1 anleggsliste' in the procurement documents. The contracting authority is free, in the contract period, to carry out major assignments and special projects outside the framework agreement. The contracting authority will decide which assignments/deliveries shall be carried out within the framework agreement and which shall be carried out after a public procurement procedure.
