Provision of Outpatient Pharmacy Services at Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust Lot 1: This is a Transparency - Intention to Award Notice - to inform market of the Relevant Authority's intention to Award a Contract under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, following the Most Suitable Provider process. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 and the Public Contract Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This is a Notice of Intention to make an award and is being published in line with Regulation 12 - under The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime - PSR) Regulations 2023. The Most Suitable Provider Process was used to commission this service and award contract. The contract is for an initial 3-year period with the option to extend for a further 2 years. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1st September 2026. The approximate total contract value for the initial 3-year contract is £13,399,992 excluding VAT. The approximate value of the optional 2-year extension is £6,699,996 excluding VAT. The approximate total contract value for the 5-year period if the 2-year extension is exercised will be £16,812,894 excluding VAT.
