Description

The objective of the contract is to establish qualified engineering services for the construction project Kongsvinger Fire Station. (New building). The objective of the tender contest is to establish qualified engineering design services for the construction project Kongsberg Fire station (New building) for the following consultancy services: — landscape architect (LARK), — consultant engineer for construction (RIB), — consulting geotechnical engineer (RIG), — consultant electrical engineer (RIE), — consulting engineer for HVAC and sanitary installations and water and sewage (RIV including RIVA), — consulting engineer for fireproofing (RIBR), — consulting engineer for building automation (RIAuto). The main building's materials above ground must be solid wood. The chosen form of contract is divided contracts (lots) Detailed tender drafts and NS3420 quantity descriptions must be prepared for all the execution contracts. Performance descriptions must be prepared for the turnkey contracts. The contractors who are awarded contracts must assist the contracting authority throughout the project period up to and including takeover, as well as warranty claims if required. The engineering design service is expected to be executed during the second and third quarter of 2020. Call for tenders: during the fourth quarter of 2020. Award of contracts to contractors is planned during the first quarter of 2021. The start of works is expected during the last 6 months of 2021. The project must be completed during 2022.
