Provision of Drainage, Sewage, and Water Plant Maintenance

Norfolk County Council (NCC) sought a provider to carry out statutory compliance and the effective management of water treatment and sewage systems across our property portfolio. The selected provider must have the expertise to deliver comprehensive maintenance, testing, certification, and reporting for sewage pump maintenance, water treatment, interceptor pumps, and liquid waste extraction services. The selected provider must demonstrate confidence in regulatory compliance and best practices, ensuring operational efficiency and environmental responsibility. Please note that the values in this notice are for the full 5 year term of the contract assuming the extensions are granted. The final value of the contract will be dependant on any changes to the property portfolio and the level of unplanned work carried out. ## Contract award
