Canterbury City Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the provision of Guildhall Fire Alarm Upgrades & Associated Works and invites prospective suppliers to submit a quotation to meet the Council’s requirements. The specific requirements for the above are detailed within the invitation to quote document pack. It should be noted that by submitting a quotation, you confirm that you understand and can meet these requirements. It is a condition of the Invitation to Tender that all contractors attend an accompanied site visit which is expected to take approx 1 hour. Any contractor who does not attend one of these site visits will be disqualified from the tender process (see 2.1.3 for further details on how to make your booking) The Contract is anticipated to commence April 2024 and will continue in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract.
