Refurbishment of cladding and other associated works; including the replacement of all dwelling windows and external doors, the cleaning and re-coating of render to the north and east elevations and remedial damp proofing works to balconies on the fifth floor. Lot 1: The works comprise of replacing existing windows with aluclad timber window systems to 60nr dwellings to the north and south elevations. Render cleaning and re-coating works will be required for the north elevations and east gable. Damp remedial works will be required for the fifth floor balconies, all as described in the tender documentation provided.
