The Guinness Partnership ("Guinness") is conducting preliminary market research to inform a tender process which will commence in autumn 2021 or early 2022. The tender will be to identify providers for servicing & maintenance of the following asset types across our national housing portfolio: • Automated gates, shutters, barriers & doors • CCTV • Door entry systems & intercom maintenance • Warden call systems • TV aerials As a precursor to this process we are issuing this PIN (Prior Information Notice) to make suppliers aware and a market sounding questionnaire to identify most appropriate way to package the contract.
