Description

The Scottish Ministers, acting through Scottish Procurement, seek to establish a single supplier framework agreement for Digital Conferencing Services. This is described in brief as for the provision of collaboration and communication tools including, but not limited to; Audio Conferencing. Web Conferencing. Video Conferencing. Webcasting. The successful supplier will provide multiple solutions to ensure choice and flexibility for users. The Video Conferencing service will be an IP based service which can be used anywhere from any device rather than a traditional room based service. Value Added Services will include the following: Implementation Management & Support including interoperability and federation services Bespoke dedicated training Support for conferencing events.
