Fife Housing Group - Communal Areas Cleaning Contract

Fife Housing Group are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experience contractor to undertake the cleaning services to all of our communal blocks, stairs and stairwells. The contract is for an initial 2 year period but should we remain satisfied with performance we will issues for a further two years. Our expectation is to employ the contractor for 4 years (estimated contract value is for initial two year period - 90kGBP) FHG require to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to deliver important cleaning services to our communal areas. These areas include halls, closes and stairs that service our properties. FHG has determined the specification for this supply and works contract and this is detailed within the Appendix C – Specification document. It is important that our chosen contractor can work independently to deliver a high quality service but also works in accordance with the FHG expectations in terms of what we deliver to our tenants. KPIs will be formed prior to the execution of the contract but will be formed on the basis of the specification and will be used to monitor the delivery of the service. As with all our contracts of this value, we have included Community Benefits into this contract, please refer to section 2.7 of this document.
