Description

The procurement concerns operation of St Hanshaugen omsorgssenter [St. Hanshaugen Care Centre] with a total of 85 long term places and 12 day centre places. The long term places are distributed over 67 regular long term places, 9 monitored long term places and 9 long term places for deaf persons. The procurement will be implemented as a business transfer with the provisions in accordance with the Working Environment Act Chapter 16. St Hanshaugen Care Centre is currently subject to a master collective agreement that expires 31.3.2020. The procurement will be implemented as a business transfer with the provisions in accordance with the Working Environment Act Chapter 16. St Hanshaugen Care Centre is currently subject to a master collective agreement that expires 31.3.2020. The procurement is reserved for non-profit service providers, cf. PPR§ § 2-4 letter h, and the non statutory access to reservation in accordance with the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries’ guideline to the regulations for public procurements of 7.12.2017. The contractual relationship is regulated by the following contracts: — service contract, — an operations and maintenance contract. The contracts will have a duration of 8 years + 1 year + 1 year (8+1+1).
