Bord Bia requests tenders from suitably experienced and qualified service providers to provide a measure of the ‘Size of the Gardening Products Related Market and Household Landscape Services in Ireland (for 2025)’. This data/information will then be used as the basis for influencing decision making, surrounding the purchasing of plants and garden products in Ireland (ROI) – with a particular emphasis on increasing plant sales. The data will also inform Bord Bia communications around gardening and the size of the garden market. Research findings should facilitate better informed management and organisation of providers of plants/garden products and landscape services. The findings should direct businesses to establish the best product or service mix offering to maximise sales in the current economic environment.
