Lot 1: Red Kite Community Housing have appointed a single supplier for the provision of Tree Maintenance Services to our land and other areas under our ownership within High Wycombe and surrounding areas. Red Kite have tendered separately for Tree Management Consultancy Services as it could have been perceived that there may be a conflict of interest if one party were to deliver both services under the two tenders. Additional information: The contract term is for an initial three years with 2x12 month extension options (to a maximum of 5 years), subject to performance and value for money
