Description

Ceredigion County Council is awarding to a suitably qualified and competent Contractor for the provision of a licensed facility(s) to transport, receive, dewater and process for reuse/recycling, quantities of Street Sweepings. The contract will run from 1 February 2026 to 31 January 2028 (2 years), with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods, subject to mutual agreement between the Council and the successful bidder (2 + 1 + 1). The contract value stated in this notice is based on the indicative quantities included in the tender documentation for evaluation purposes only. These quantities were used solely to enable a consistent assessment of bids and to calculate an estimated total contract value over the full potential contract term, including any extension options. The quantities do not represent guaranteed levels of spend or demand, and actual requirements under the contract will be subject to service needs.
