Cleaning services

Description

The contracting authority will sign a contract for cleaning services at 4 service locations, called ‘Area 3’: — Bærum sports park (BIP hall) (commencement 1 August 2020), — Nadderud Hall (commencement 1 August 2020), — Berger swimming pool (commencement 1 August 2020), — Rud swimming pool (new building in connection with Bærum sports park, commencement 1 August 2021). ‘Area 3’ includes an area of 9 562 m2 (excluding the swimming pool areas) where periodical cleaning will take place regularly. There will also be additional orders of cleaning related service assignments for these service locations. See appendix 2 in the tender documentation for information about the service locations. See the frequency card in annex 1.5 for which areas will be cleaned. The pool areas will be cleaned by the contracting authority’s own personnel and are not included in the assignment. Based on the consumption of the previous year, the total annual withdrawal is estimated to be approx. NOK 2.6 million excluding VAT. The annual procurement will depend on financial framework terms, political decisions and the market situation in general.
