Sheffield Hallam University (SHU) is seeking to procure a Mass Communication and Alert System capable of delivering real-time, reliable and targeted messaging to staff, students, visitors, and contractors during emergency and non-emergency situations. The system must support rapid, multi-channel communication across a diverse multi-building estate with high daily occupancy and public access.<br /><br /> Enable rapid dissemination of urgent notifications to protect life and maintain safety.<br /> Support resilience, business continuity, and compliance with emerging duties under Martyn’s Law (Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Bill).<br /> Ensure all occupants can receive alerts without reliance on mobile apps, downloads or personal devices.
