Description
External and internal redecoration works to existing housing stock located in Falkirk, Larbert, Tillicoultry, Stirling, Edinburgh, Bishopbriggs and Airdrie. The works will also include pre-redecoration joinery, plaster etc. repairs required Lot 1: Open procurement. The preferred works provider will be determined through a price (60%) and quality (40%) assessment. The highest scoring contractor (based and Quality and Price) will be awarded the contract.
