Pan TfL Catering & other Food and Beverages Services

Transport for London has awarded a call-off contract for Pan TfL Catering and Other Food and Beverage Services to Sodexo Limited. The contract consolidates the existing Head Office Catering and Operational Sites Catering requirements, including catering equipment maintenance scope incorporated during the extension period, into a single integrated catering and associated food and beverage services contract across 29 TfL locations. The scope includes staff catering, hub services, hospitality, vouchers, catering equipment maintenance and associated food and beverage services. The contract is intended to provide service continuity, clearer supplier accountability, improved contract management, standardised tariff arrangements and improved consistency of service delivery across head office and operational locations. Lot 1: The contract was awarded following a further competition / mini competition under CCS RM6232 Facilities Management and Workplace Services, Lot 1b. The requirement covers Pan TfL catering and other food and beverage services across 29 TfL locations. The contract consolidates the existing Head Office Catering and Operational Sites Catering arrangements, including catering equipment maintenance scope incorporated during the extension period, into one integrated call-off contract. The awarded scope includes core staff catering, hub services, hospitality, vouchers, catering equipment maintenance and associated food and beverage services. The contract is intended to support service continuity, improved supplier accountability, clearer performance governance, a standardised tariff approach and improved consistency of service delivery.
