Provision of Mechanical and Electrical Planned Maintenance, Minor Works and Day-to-Day Repair Contract

Bright Futures Educational Trust (BFET) have awarded a contract for the provision of Planned Preventative Maintenance services across three BFET academies. The services will include planned maintenance, day to day repairs, servicing, and minor works that may be needed. An emergency service is also required which includes having a call out facility during all evenings and weekends and public holiday periods throughout the period of the Contract. Services will be delivered under a JCT Measured Term Contract 2011 (as amended). The Contract period shall be for 3 years with the option of 2 x 12 month extensions subject to satisfactory performance and ongoing requirement.
