Lot 1 Catering Equipment Supply, Delivery and Installation Velindre University NHS Trust is seeking a single supplier to provide, deliver, install, commission and hand over catering equipment for the new Velindre Cancer Centre (nVCC), due to open in 2027. The requirement covers production kitchens, satellite kitchens, staff facilities and public catering areas. The successful supplier will be responsible for the complete provision of equipment, including logistics, installation, testing, staff training, warranties and all associated documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare, food safety and health and safety standards. Lot 2 Catering Equipment Maintenance and Servicing Velindre University NHS Trust is seeking a single supplier to provide comprehensive maintenance and servicing of catering equipment within the new Velindre Cancer Centre (nVCC). The contract will include planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, breakdown support, emergency call-out services, asset management, condition surveys, lifecycle planning and performance reporting. The service will ensure all catering equipment remains safe, compliant and fully operational throughout the contract term. Combined Description (Both Lots) Velindre University NHS Trust requires the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, maintenance and servicing of catering equipment for the new Velindre Cancer Centre (nVCC), opening in 2027. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 for the supply and installation of catering equipment, and Lot 2 for the ongoing maintenance and servicing of that equipment. The requirements support production kitchens, satellite kitchens, staff facilities and public catering areas, with a focus on operational readiness, compliance, sustainability and whole-life asset management.
