Together Housing Association Limited acting as agent for itself and subsidiaries has compliantly procured a Consultant via EN:Procure Construction Consultancy Framework (GEN 4) to procure Clerk of Works Services for the construction stage for three sites in the North West region; as well as Clerk of Works and ancillary services of Employer`s Agent and CDM PD services to 10 houses over three "Infill" sites in Shadsworth, Blackburn. The procurement has been conducted in conformance of call of mechanism Lot-9 Clerks of Works services as a Direct Award Call Off undertaken in accordance with Clause 5.1 of the Framework Alliance Contract (FAC-1).
