Bærum kommune v/ Pleie og omsorg [Bærum municipality c/o Nursing and Care], hereafter called the contracting authority, hereby invites internet grocery suppliers to submit tenders for a service concession contract for a special right to deliver groceries to residents with decisions on action (pursuant to the Health and Care Services Act) in the municipality of Bærum.. The service concession contract will be signed with one supplier who will deliver the entire service and the groceries in entirety. There will be more and more persons in Bærum municipality who will require nursing and care services at home in the coming years. On the background of these demographic challenges, but also the interaction reform, the municipality is committed to investing in long-term and innovative solutions that can make it possible for users of nursing and care services to live at home as long as they want and is possible. At the same time productivitiy improvements are required. The municipality must have enough qualified personnel to carry out the core assignments within the nursing and welfare services. Bærum municipality must be proactive so that the organisation is capable of handling these challenges. The municipality has a need for an innovative and smart system for ordering and procuring groceries, picking and packing daily products and a payment system for users in the home care service. The system shall release some of the nursing and caring service's HRs for working with core assignments. The buyers of the food will be residents of Bærum municipality who have decided to make purchasing in accordance with the Health and Care Services Act.
