Description
The preparation of a of a Quantitative Assessment of the requirement for additional retail floorspace for County Louth and recommendations for the future distribution of this additional floorspace taking account of the existing retail hierarchy in the County. This assessment will include the completion of Household Surveys and Shopper Surveys and an analysis of the findings from these surveys to inform retail policy in the County. This Assessment will inform the overall Retail Strategy for the County being prepared by Louth County Council.
