Appointment of Place Capital Group Ltd to deliver Development Management and Employer's Agent services to progress 34 affordable dwellings at Beckfield Rise, Hayfield Green, Auckley, Doncaster to RIBA Stage 7, including project governance, cost management, procurement, contract administration and construction oversight through to practical completion and defects management. Lot 1: Appointment of Place Capital Group Ltd to deliver Development Management and Employer's Agent services in respect of the full planning application for 34 affordable dwellings on land off Beckfield Rise, Hayfield Green, Auckley, Doncaster. The services cover the full project lifecycle from procurement strategy and tender management through to practical completion and defects management, including project governance, programme management, cost control and financial reporting, contract administration, Employer's Agent duties, risk management, stakeholder liaison, design team coordination and statutory approvals monitoring. Services are to be delivered in accordance with RIBA Stage 7 standards under the ESPO Consultancy Services Framework 664_25.
