Description

1. Introduction Lisburn and Castlereagh Council uses wooden trading huts at a number of events across the financial year, most significantly at the Christmas markets as part of the Christmas Light Trail in Castle Gardens and along Bow Street. The Council offers local traders the opportunity to trade from the huts to enhance the retail and hospitality offer in the City Centre during the festive period. 2. Scope Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council therefore wishes to appoint a suitably qualified company to (i) supply 4 new wooden huts as per the detailed specification below and (ii) to provide a service for the storage and maintenance of the huts and (iii) to install and dismantle the huts as and when required. There may be a requirement for additional events across the year.
